One of the most important things you can do for yourself is to take care of your body.  In addition to exercising and eating right, people should be brushing their teeth at least twice a day if not more.  One of the top brands in the tooth brush business is Oral B.  The Oral B brand includes toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, any numerous other related products.  Oral B got its start back in the 1950’s by a dentist out of California and by 2005 the brand was bought under Gillette.  Another fun fact about Oral, is the fact that the Oral B toothbrush was the first of its kind to take a trip to the moon.   The Oral B rode on Apollo 11 back in 1969.  The nice thing about Oral B, is that their products are made with a very high quality, yet the Oral B prices are incredibly low in price and very reasonable for the consumer.

The Oral B toothbrush is truly a gift for the mouth.  The Oral B toothbrush comes in just about any color imaginable.  The Oral B toothbrush also comes in battery operated, which after many reviews, has proven to be the favorite.  Actually, the only toothbrushes I purchase happen to be the Oral B toothbrush, because they have a nice grip on the end of the brush and also because the head of their toothbrush is not too hard or too soft, as some brushes tend to be.  This brand literally nailed perfection when the created their masterpiece.

Oral B Toothbrushes

Oral B toothbrushes have definitely come a long way since the early 1950’s, as most technology has, but one of my favorite Oral B toothbrushes currently on the market would have to be the Professional Care OxyJet Center.  Currently, of all the Oral B toothbrushes, this one is a little on the expensive side and costs about $110.00 dollars.  I understand that spending 100 dollars or more on a toothbrush sounds a bit crazy, but if you are familiar with Oral B toothbrushes, as I’m sure most of you are, then you can understand.  Investing in Oral B toothbrushes is probably one of the best investments anyone could ever make in their lifetime.  I really do not think health has a price tag on it.  I mean people really do not understand how important brushing their teeth and gums really are.  People have been known to become really ill and even die from severe gingivitis which occurred due to lacking in the teeth brushing section.  I think that everyone, to be on the safe side, should floss and brush their teeth after every meal.  I think people should also use some sort of mouth rinse before brushing their teeth to help with tartar build up.  After that portion is completed I would then make sure to go in and visit a dentist at least every 6 months for a good cleaning by a professional.

I thing I noticed is that people tend to bleach or whiten their teeth, when they do not even take care of their teeth.  This method and way of thinking is just one big cover up.  If you have a gum disease or some type of issue due to a lack of cleaning attention in the mouth, please seek a dentist or some sort of professional help.  If you try to mask the issues and cover those up it will only make things worse for you and that can leave you with a permanently damaged mouth.  Another way to fight dental issues is to lay off the sugar.   I know most people are soda pop fanatics, but try to at least drink diet soda, because it has less sugar in it as opposed to the regular stuff.

On the same note of whitening and bleaching the teeth, professional dentists are even opposed to that idea.  If you feel like you could use a little whiter of a smile I suggest paying a few extra bucks to have it professionally done.  The reason I am telling you this is because those home kits where you take sticker like paper and apply them to your teeth for 5 minutes on a daily basis is horrible for your enamel.   The reason whiting strips bought in your local store are so bad for you is because you do not grow enamel after you have already lost it.  Once enamel is gone it will never rebuild itself.  If you have any sense at all before purchasing these white strips I would highly advise you to talk to professionals as well as consumers just like you and I.  You can find consumers like yourself online and on blogs.  They give great advice on what to do and what not to do.  I just recommend keeping up with your health and things will be great.
